Projects from Trainings
A large component of Inside-Out Instructor Training is engaging in group projects that model the process of building and facilitating an Inside-Out course. Instructors taking the training have the opportunity to brainstorm course topics based on their interests, collaborate with their peers, and revise work based on the advice of coaches. This labor culminates in a syllabus outline and interactive project that models the art of teaching an Inside-Out course.
Here we have compiled nearly one hundred of the total projects that have been completed through the Virtual Training Institutes. Although they vary in level of complexity, these contributions are a great starting point for building a course. The brainstorming process and group activities have been preserved where possible so that viewers can draw inspiration from the ideas exchanged by the original creators.
